Tuned to You DJ, LLC Event Services Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Tuned to You DJ, LLC ("DJ") and the Client identified through the booking platform or invoice associated with this event.

By submitting a reservation fee, signing electronically, or otherwise approving services through the booking platform, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Services Provided

Tuned to You DJ, LLC agrees to provide professional DJ, emcee, audio, lighting, and related event services for the event selected through the booking platform.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• DJ and emcee services

• Sound reinforcement and audio equipment

• Wireless microphones

• Dance floor lighting

• Event lighting and uplighting

• Ceremony audio

• Music playback and event coordination

Specific services, event times, locations, add-ons, and pricing will be outlined in the Client’s booking, invoice, or event proposal.

2. Reservation Fee and Payments

A non-refundable reservation fee of $250 is required to secure the event date. No event date will be reserved until the reservation fee has been received.

The reservation fee will be applied toward the total balance due.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due no later than the date of the event.

Any overtime services requested by the Client and approved by Tuned to You DJ, LLC will be billed at the agreed-upon overtime rate and are due immediately following the event.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC reserves the right to suspend or refuse services if payment obligations are not met.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

The reservation fee is non-refundable.

If the Client requests to reschedule the event and Tuned to You DJ, LLC is available for the new date, the reservation fee may be transferred one time to the rescheduled date.

If Tuned to You DJ, LLC is unavailable for the requested rescheduled date, the reservation fee will remain non-refundable.

If the Client cancels the event, all payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC reserves the right to cancel services due to illness, emergency, dangerous conditions, acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the unlikely event Tuned to You DJ, LLC must cancel services, all payments received will be refunded unless a mutually agreed replacement service is provided.

4. Music and Event Planning

The Client may provide music preferences, playlists, special requests, and event timeline information.

To help ensure proper preparation, final music requests and event planning details should be submitted no later than seven (7) days before the event date.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested music selections but cannot guarantee the availability of all requested songs or versions.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC retains professional discretion regarding music selection, event programming, volume levels, microphone use, and overall event operation.

5. Setup, Access, and Venue Requirements

Standard setup and teardown time are included with booked services.

The Client agrees to provide:

• Safe and adequate working conditions

• Reasonable access to the venue

• Protection from weather for outdoor events

• Reliable power within reasonable distance of the setup location

• Adequate setup space for equipment and lighting

Tuned to You DJ, LLC requires a minimum setup area capable of safely accommodating speakers, lighting stands, tables, and related equipment.

The Client or venue must provide at least one reliable 15-20 amp electrical circuit within 50 feet of the setup location. Dedicated circuits are preferred whenever possible, especially when lighting enhancements or additional equipment are included.

The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue can reasonably accommodate the equipment and setup requirements associated with the selected services.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop services if conditions become unsafe for guests, staff, or equipment.

If venue restrictions, delays, inaccessible locations, stairs without elevator access, lack of power, insufficient setup space, or other unexpected conditions significantly increase setup or teardown time, additional charges may apply.

6. Outdoor and Weather Conditions

For outdoor events, the Client is responsible for providing proper overhead shelter and weather protection for all DJ equipment.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC reserves the right to stop or cancel services if weather conditions create a safety risk for guests, staff, or equipment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Rain

• Lightning

• Excessive wind

• Extreme temperatures

• Unsafe electrical conditions

If services are stopped due to unsafe conditions, the Client remains responsible for the full contracted amount.

7. Client Responsibility for Guests and Damages

The Client accepts responsibility for the conduct of guests, attendees, vendors, and venue participants.

The Client agrees to be financially responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment caused by guests, attendees, venue staff, or other individuals associated with the event.

Tuned to You DJ, LLC reserves the right to deny guests access to equipment, microphones, music systems, or other event equipment at any time.

8. Travel and Lodging

Events within 50 miles of Napoleon, Indiana are included at no additional travel cost.

Events beyond 50 miles may be subject to a travel fee of $0.75 per mile.

Events requiring excessive travel distance or late-night return travel may require hotel accommodations to be provided or approved by the Client.

9. Liability

Tuned to You DJ, LLC will make every reasonable effort to provide reliable and professional services.

However, Tuned to You DJ, LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Venue issues

• Power failures

• Weather conditions

• Guest conduct

• Delays outside reasonable control

• Injuries unrelated to DJ negligence

• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

In all cases, liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.

10. Photography and Promotional Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing by the Client, Tuned to You DJ, LLC may use photographs, videos, reviews, or social media content from the event for promotional purposes.

No personal contact information or private event details will be shared publicly.

11. Electronic Signatures and Agreement Acceptance

Electronic signatures, online approvals, and digital acceptance through the booking platform shall be considered legally binding and equivalent to physical signatures.

By approving services, signing electronically, or submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

12. General Terms

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Client and Tuned to You DJ, LLC.

Any changes or additions to services must be agreed upon in writing.

If any portion of this Agreement is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full effect.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
